Self Care Challenge
Taking care of your self is so important!!! Unfortunately, most of us don't take the time to do it, join the PGT team in this self care challenge and complete as many of these tasks as you can by Friday! **Top 5 people who complete the most tasks will get a prize!
Choose self care task you completed this week!
Write down 10 things your grateful for
Call someone you love
Take a long bath or shower
Tell someone how much you respect them
Make your favorite meal from scratch
Take a nap
Gift someone just because you can
Make a happy music play list
Cuddle your pet (or favorite human)
Write a bucket list before your next landmark birthday (i.e. 30, 40, 50)
Go for a walk or do some exercise
Drink 8 glasses of water in one day
Meditate for 15 min
Have a de-clutter, of your room work-space, emails, contacts
Write down what you like about yourself and what you would like to improve
Kick start your day with a positive affirmation
Do something creative
Eat only healthy foods for one full day
Dress up really nice
Go outside and get some sunlight
Put on some good music and dance
Make a list of people you can reach out to if you need to talk
Do something for the first time (new sport, eat at a new restaurant)
Binge watch your favroite TV show
Eat your favorite dessert
Share other things you do to take care of yourself.
