14 Virtual Running Camp Personal Information Sheet
See www.highmilesrunning.com for more information.

The idea of this "virtual" camp is to provide your son or daughter with the best possible preparation for his or her fall cross country season. Coach Heintz's high school experience guiding 11 cross country state championship teams, 5 individual state cross country champions, 2 track and field state championships teams, and 4 individual state champions will guaranteeyour runner's fitness going into the fall. In addition, the Marist middle school program has won multiple team and individual state championships. The Marist program is second to none in the Southeast.

Completely and accurately fill out the information form so that Coach Heintz has all the information he needs to craft a summer program for your child. Please do not overestimate your child's fitness, PR's, or current running as that will open him/her up to injury through overtraining. An example of an advanced training plan for an athlete transitioning from base phase to a pre-competition phase is available at the bottom of this form.

Within 3-5 business days after completing the form, expect to receive an invoice through PayPal for the 2 or 3 month plan. Upon receiving payment, Coach Heintz will email the complete training plan, custom to your child, to the email address provided on this form.
