Guitars Over Guns has been empowering youth through music and mentorship since 2008, thanks in no small part to the dedication and commitment of our incredible team of mentors. Between Miami, Chicago, and New York, our mentors are passionate, talented, creative individuals who make a significant difference in the lives of over 1,000 young people annually.
In Miami, we are currently in 29 after school sites and are looking for great musicians to join our teams. Please help us get to know you better so we can determine where your strengths will serve our youth best. There are no wrong answers here - just be yourself. Thanks!
