Public records requests are governed by Franklin County Public Schools Board Policy Code: 5070/7350 Public Records - Retention, Release, and Disposition https://www.boardpolicyonline.com/bl/?b=franklin#&&hs=451971

Franklin County Public Schools will deliver the records at no charge in electronic form by email.  If records are required in another form, the School System will charge a reasonable fee for disks/hard copies and postage.  Labor costs may be charged for extraordinary requests.
