2017 It's All About Science Festival Volunteer Registration

The It’s All About Science Festival planning committee is looking for volunteers to help with the 6th Annual Science Festival on Saturday, June 10th, 2017 from 9:00am - 5:00pm at the Sanford Center, 2301 East 60th Street North, Sioux Falls.

The mission of the It’s All About Science Festival is to promote a science-centric community by showcasing all things science to the Northern Plains. To that end, we will again host a one-day event consisting of hands-on science activities, talks, demonstrations, and vendor exhibits. For more information, please visit us on the web at www.itsallaboutscience.org.

We are looking for responsible teen and adult volunteers to assist with a number of activities and hope that you will be able to help us make this day a success. Volunteers are needed in a number of areas, including assistance with check in, exhibitor setup and teardown, student presentations/poster competition, event clean up, ticket taking, raffle prizes, and more. Oh, and did we mention you get a free T-shirt!

Deadline to register is May 19th. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that we have received your registration. Any question regarding festival logistics can be directed to sciencefestival@sanfordhealth.org (Subject line: "Festival Volunteer”). In the meantime, watch your email for details about volunteer assignments.

Are you volunteering for the Science Festival as part of a program? Do you need verification of your participation? We will have a certificate available for you.

Thank you in advance for your support!
