2026 PATS Symposium Proposal Submission
June 4th - 6th, 2026 at the Sheraton Harrisburg / Hershey

This form will be used to submit proposals from Certified members only for the 2026 PATS Symposium (a second call will be made for student poster abstracts at a later date).  Please read each question and fill out all information to the best of your knowledge.  Questions concerning the form can be directed to programmingpats@gmail.com

This year's theme for the PATS Symposium is "Celebrating 50: Honoring the Past, Looking to the Future".  This theme is focused on celebrating the organization's history while also looking toward the future of the athletic training profession.  We are accepting submissions for all topics, but encourage proposals that specifically address the theme of this year's meeting.

We are particularly interested in hands-on workshops for this year's symposium.  Our goal is to accept nine (9) to twelve (12) workshops.  Workshops focused on important athletic training topics that are not hands-on (e.g., leadership, mental health) will also be considered.

Based on previous attendee feedback, platform presentations are encouraged to be 30 minutes in length.  However, we will also consider 60-minute platform presentations.  Free Communications submissions can be either 15-minute platform presentations or poster presentations.

The deadline for proposal submission is Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
