Synergy stipends are awarded based on need and are reserved for people with disabilities, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and family members of people with disabilities attending the conference to provide support to their loved ones. Stipends are valued at $125 and can be applied to conference fees only and cannot be used for hotel accommodations
. There are a limited number of stipends available. Stipends will be awarded to applicants who meet the criteria on a first come first serve basis. Stipend award notifications will be sent to the email you provide below as follows:
- Applications received NOW - 7/17/25, notifications will be sent JULY 18th
- Applications received 7/18/25 - 7/31/25, notifications will be sent AUGUST 1st
- Applications received 8/1/25 - 8/14/25, notifications will be sent AUGUST 15th
- Applications received 8/15/25 - 8/28/25, notifications will be sent AUGUST 29th
- Applications received 8/29/25 - 9/4/25, notifications will be sent SEPTEMBER 5th
- Applications received 9/5/25 - 8/18/25, notifications will be sent SEPTEMBER 19th
YOUR STIPEND CODE IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS (or until registration closes on September 22, 2025 for those awarded in September). After 30 days, your stipend code will no longer be valid and the discount will not be applied to your registration.
DO NOT REGISTER UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION ABOUT YOUR STIPEND APPLICATION. IF YOU REGISTER BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR STIPEND CODE, THE $125 DISCOUNT WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO YOUR REGISTRATION AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR YOUR REGISTRATION.
