For Parents & Guardians of Participants Who Are Minors (under 18 years of age)

I hereby release Tiny Village Spirit from all liability related to the below minor’s participation in activities of and connected to the Richmond Tiny House Village, Farm and Garden project, including the below minor’s participation in all construction “build” days, events, site visits, trainings and meetings. I release Tiny Village Spirit from all possible liability due to accidents, or any form of injury which takes place to the below minor at, or the day of the below minor’s participation.

I understand that accidents can take place when working with materials and equipment and I accept full responsibility for any injury that might take place during the below minor’s participation.

I also give Tiny Village Spirit project photographers working in conjunction with their organization permission to take photographs of the below minor, or photographs in which the below minor may be involved with others, for the purpose of promoting Tiny Village Spirit, the Richmond Tiny House Village, Farm and Garden Project, or sharing with other media partners.

I hereby release and discharge Tiny Village Spirit from any and all claims arising related to the below minor’s involvement in its Richmond Tiny House Village, Farm and Garden Project and other programs, including use of photos for any purpose.

I acknowledge and understand that Tiny Village Spirit owns all work that the below minor has assisted with and been included in as a participant in this project.
