Apple Harvest 2017 Non-Profit Application
The Downtown Ithaca Apple Harvest Festival 2017 will be held on September 29 (Friday, 12 - 6pm), September 30 (Saturday, 10am - 6pm), and October 1 (Sunday, 10am - 6pm)

The deadline for entries is Friday, Sept 1. Acceptance emails will be sent during the beginning of September. Applications received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list in the order in which they are received.

The Downtown Ithaca Alliance encourages non-profit organizations to set up information tables at Apple Harvest Festival. We invite non-profits to participate in Apple Harvest Festival by offering the opportunity to utilize a six foot table space during the festival. This space is intended to provide an opportunity to spread awareness for your organization and build community relationships. It is not a space for you to sell products to festival participants. If you would like to sell products, you will need to fill out the Commercial Organization form. We encourage all non-profit organizations to provide a game or demonstration that allows the crowd to better engage with your table and your organization.

CHARGES AND TABLE RENTAL
A $35 application fee applies to all non-profits applying for a six foot table space. If you would like to rent a table and two chairs, the rental cost is $10 per day (Limited Supply); please write a second check for the appropriate amount if you need to rent tables and chairs. If you choose to rent a table and two chairs you can pick them up at the playground on the Ithaca Commons each morning of the festival and bring them to your tabling space.

QUESTIONS/ NOTICE
The application deadline is September 1. You will be notified if your tabling application has been accepted soon after. You will be notified of your physical tabling space ONE week prior to the event. Application fees will be shredded if your application is not accepted unless you send a money order (which will be mailed back). If you apply and are accepted, you have until September 15 to notify eventsdowntownithaca@gmail.com by email of your cancellation to receive a refund of your booth fee. In the event that you cancel after September 15, you will not receive a refund of your booth fee. Please contact the Downtown Ithaca Alliance office with any questions. As an exhibitor, I agree to comply with the rules and regulations of this event. I understand that I cannot sell items at the Apple Harvest Festival. That, in consideration of my being accepted, I intend to be legally bound; that I do hereby, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have or hereafter accrue to me against the City of Ithaca and the Ithaca Downtown Business Improvement District, Inc. DBA Downtown Ithaca Alliance, and employees, members, and Board of Directors for any and all damages, losses and injuries sustained to me and/or workers at the Apple Harvest festival. I hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the aforementioned entities from any claim or cause of action for property damage, personal injury and/or wrongful death. I attest that I am physically fit and responsible for my own actions.
