It's time to make time for MOM!
We call it Mom(me) TIME!

This fall we are kicking off a series that is focused on helping MOM become her best self. We all get so busy taking care of others that we often find ourselves at the bottom of the list....if we are on the list at all!

Starting in September, we will host a dinner just for moms one Friday each month. The purpose of this monthly dinner is to make time to connect with friends and make new ones, learn something that will help you be a better version of yourself and relax while someone else prepares dinner! There will be a monthly topic and speaker and enough time to socialize before heading home.

"Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths." -Etty Hillesum

This evening is being provided for FREE by The FOUNDATION. Please only RSVP if you are sure you can join us. We will order and pay for your dinner if you RSVP. If you RSVP and do not cancel 2 days prior to the event, we will invoice you for your meal ($25). Our desire is to provide this as a fun evening for you to enjoy other moms and learn something new - so we ask that you kindly help us help you and RSVP when you are certain you can come.

    PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

The Down Syndrome FOUNDATION of Florida and/or the University of Central Florida may gather photos and video of program participants, people with Down syndrome, their families and friends for the purposes of education, celebration, promotion and awareness. The FOUNDATION and UCF may also use such media as content in presentations that teach families and educators across the nation how to work with children with Down syndrome.
