Edenas Children is looking for volunteers to create music playlists that improve your mental health.
Music can help us to change our moods and improve our
mental health. Take some time to make a playlist to help you when you're
in need, and share it with us so that it may help us too!
- Take a moment to reflect on how you feel when your mental health isn't where you want it...are you feeling sad, angry, stressed?
- What kind of music, which songs, which playlists help you to feel better and assist in improving your mental health state.
- Identify some songs and create a playlist to improve your mental state. You can use any music platform you like. We suggest: Spotify, Youtube or SoundCloud.
- How do you feel after listening to this playlist...happy, uplifted, relaxed?
- Name it something related to how the music playlist makes you feel
