Training Scholarship Application
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE AT LEAST 5 DAYS BEFORE A TRAINING IS HELD. If you do not receive confirmation at least 3 days prior to the training, you were not selected for a scholarship at this time.

Housing Action Illinois offers a limited number of scholarships. Our scholarships are available for counselors that work in a HUD-approved agency. If you apply for the Career Path training, you don't need to be working at a HUD-approved agency. The scholarships cover the full registration fee.

We will award the scholarships on a rolling basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible. Once all available scholarships are rewarded for a training, it will be removed from the list. We will notify recipients via email. If you are not awarded a scholarship for one training, you can still apply for another. Organizations are limited to two scholarships per training.

Priority will be give to people at organizations located in a rural area (as defined by the U.S. Department of Agriculture) and/or providing services to under-served and underrepresented communities (as defined by HUD).
