Booth Space: Approx. 5 feet x 4 feet

Booth Rent/Day : RM65 (includes booth space and 2 (TWO) chairs only)

    THIS BAZAAR IS FOR VENDORS WHO:

    1) Sell craft supplies and tools 2) Sell DIY craft kits 3) Sell handmade items made by the vendor themselves *NOTE: Priority will be given to vendors selling supplies, tools and DIY kits.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1) Please register only if you are sure you can attend this bazaar. (Failure to do so will result in being blacklisted) 2) Sending in your registration form does not guarantee your space. 3) This bazaar is a curated bazaar to ensure quality vendors and variety for customers. We may run on vendor rotation basis. 4) There will be no refunds once payment has been made.

    REGISTRATION PROCESS

    1) Submit registration form, make sure you read the T&C's and bazaar details 2) Once we have received your registration, we will send you a notification email that we have received your registration. 3) Confirmed vendor list will be announced on 4th OCT 2013 via email, together with a copy of the floor plan =) 4) Once you have received Confirmation Email, please reply us, giving us a link of your facebook account ( this is for booth selection purposes) 5) We will then add you as Friend, so that that you can select your booth. 6) Once you have received the confirmation email, Please make payment as soon as possible together with proof of purchase. 7) Booth selection is based on first-pay-first-serve basis. Immediately after payment is made, you will be added to a private group to choose your booth space. 8) Once you have selected a booth, you cannot change your mind. 9) Submit 3 pictures of your latest or best products to us within 2 days after confirmation ( latest by 9th OCT 2013) so that we can make promotional posters. 10) Promotional posters are an initiative on our part to help you promote your products and is not included in the bazaar fees.
