Thank you for your interest in becoming a Peer Mentor!
Please fill out all questions completely. We encourage you to draft your answers to the short responses, and then cut and paste them into the form. Please be thoughtful in your responses, as they will help us get a feel for the type of mentor you will be. Completed applications may be submitted between April 5th and April 21st at 11:59 pm. After applications are received, staff from alumni support will reach out to you to schedule an interview.
Please note the following expectations of all mentors selected for the Peer Mentor program:
- All mentors will work to connect with their mentees twice a month via phone, text, email or in-person contact.
- All mentors will be asked to connect with alumni support staff once each month for coaching and checking in.
- All mentors will attend monthly meetings for training, connection and community building.
- Mentors may be asked to participate in additional STRIVE Prep events as representatives and speakers.
