By selecting "Yes," I understand that in the event that I am unable to make it, I will make sure to communicate my impending absence to my co-guardian or to Mary Evkovich if I am the only guardian during my hour, as far in advance as possible. When needed, I will also do my utmost to arrange for a substitute guardian to take my place. Finally, if I am the only one on shift, I will NEVER leave my post unless another permanent guardian relieves me (visitors may not relieve you unless they explicitly agree to remain until they are relieved by a permanent guardian). In the event of an emergency, I will contact Mary Evkovich at 304-374-6170. I will also reach out to her for all non-emergency inquiries.
