Job Fair: Saturday, November 22th, 2025, 10AM - 6PM

Registration includes:
  • Booth Equipment: Each booth will be equipped with 1 table, 2 chairs, electricity, lights, and a sign displaying your company name.
  • Electricity Outlets: Standard outlets available (110V), with 220V available upon request.
  • Additional Services: We will provide move-in/move-out days and free Wi-Fi. If you require additional equipment, please contact the organizing team for rental information.

TERMS & CONDITIONS. We will contact you after registering and send you an invoice. Please inform us about your billing address and PO/budget number (if applicable). Your registration is confirmed after receipt of your full payment. We require receipt of full payment before October 19, 2025, otherwise participation is not possible. Please take note of the SWIFT/BIC code for international payments (Swift(BIC)code: MCBKCWCU). Any international bank fees (including but not limited to international surcharges) are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations can only be done in writing, directly to the organization of the Study & Career Fair via studieberoepenmarkt@gmail.com (Mon Art Productions). In case of a cancellation before October 19, 2025 you will be charged 20% administration fee. If you cancel after October 19, 2025 you will be charged the full amount, no refund will be issued. Any refunds for cancellations prior to October 19, 2025 will be issued after the event has taken place. Our cancellation policy goes into effect after we reply to this registration! All prices exclude 6% revenue tax.
