Purpose and Goal
NKY Health’s Guide to Personnel Policies located on the HR Site for Employees describes important information about employment at Northern Kentucky Health Department (NKY Health). Every NKY Health employee needs to know this information and abide by all of the policies, rules, regulations, and procedures of NKY Health. These policies may be amended from time-to-time.
The goal of this form is to ensure that all NKY Health employees acknowledge that they have read the Personnel Policies, are familiar with the all the content, including the most recent changes, and that they understand that they must abide by all of the policies, rules, regulations, and procedures of NKY Health, whether set forth in this guide or elsewhere.
