    2.1    Registration and participant enrollment for projects or activities, maintaining a database of training session participants.

    2.2    Issuance of training certificates (physical or e-certificates), publication of participant lists,  and alumni directories.

    2.3    Administration and facilitation of system users, including project/activity design, communication, and logistics arrangements like meal preparation, parking reservations,  and video recordings for post-event viewing.

    2.4    Legal compliance benefits, such as web publication of still/motion images for relevant agency websites, data transmission for internal audits, data analysis for quality improvement and statistical analysis for university quality assurance.

    2.5    Legal obligations, including data transfer to state agencies or authorized entities for  legal investigations.

3. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data:

    You may request access to and copies of your personal data provided on the registered website. Requests for disclosure or correction of personal data may be denied under applicable laws or court orders. You may also request deletion or destruction of your personal data, except where retention is required by procedures or laws.
