Function Space Request for AIHce

2016 American Industrial Hygiene Conference & Exposition

All meetings, events, functions, and/or activities held in conjunction with AIHce by exhibiting companies, sponsors, and nonprofit organizations, whether at any official AIHce hotel or outside venues, MUST be approved by AIHA in advance. These events are those that include AIHce attendees but are not planned by or sponsored by AIHce.

All auxiliary meetings held in conjunction with AIHce must adhere to these guidelines, regardless of the meeting location:

1) Event organizers are required to inform AIHA’s Meetings and Expositions staff of the intended date/time of the event at least 30 days prior to the event and prior to booking.

2) Events must take place ONLY during times that DO NOT compete with AIHce programming/event or exhibits. Events scheduled during these days/times will NOT be approved:

Sunday, May 22, 2016: 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Monday, May 23, 2016: 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.; 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.; and 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, May 24, 2016: 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 25, 2016: 6:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and noon – 1:30 p.m.

All requests will be reviewed by AIHA staff and approval/denial confirmations will be sent to the contact listed in this form. Space will be assigned based on availability. Upon approval, AIHce will share meeting space location and contact information for the hotel in which you have been assigned. It is the event organizer's responsibility to work directly with the assigned hotel to make arrangements for all food and beverage, audiovisual, and billing.

All space requests must be submitted no later than February 26, 2016.
