WORKSHOP DESCROPTION
Description of Workshop:
This course is aimed at people with no prior knowledge of foot reading, although if you have already studied reflexology you will be able to apply this information to the feet you have already seen. TThe aim of the day is to give techniques to allow the attendee to be able to read emotions and personality from the feet.  The theory given will allow them to extrapolate and arrive at an answer even when they are presented with something they haven’t seen before.

On day 2, you will be reading each other's feet and swapping partners throughout the day.  There’ll be feedback about how to deliver information, how to release emotional blockages and general coaching skills.  Consequently, each reading you receive will, (as well as giving you ideas about how to do the foot readings effectively,) be sending you on your own personal journey of discovery.  People look very different at the end of the day – more present and more vital.

What to bring with you:

On Day 1 all you need is pen and paper to take notes.  You might want to bring slippers for easy access to your feet whilst keeping them warm.

On Day 2 if you have a La Fuma reclining chair plus a yoga block or small stool or cushion then do bring them.  If you don’t, no worries, we only need one between two people.

SPEAKER BIO
Jane Sheehan is the UK’s leading foot reader – she reads personality traits in the shape and form of feet and toes.  Jane qualified as a reflexology therapist in 1999 and first became interested in foot reading after a reflexology session had a profound impact on her, and she decided to find out more about the link between feet and wellbeing.

Jane developed her foot reading skills through a combination of experience and learning from specialist sources.  After four years of practicing reflexology and foot reading in her spare time, Jane left her nine-to-five office job and embarked on a career centred on her foot reading skills.

Jane’s first book ‘Let’s Read Our Feet!” demonstrates how to read the hidden messages in feet.  It shows how the shape of feet and toes can not only tell a lot about a person’s personality, but also help them to improve areas of our lives that they are unhappy with.  It was completely re-designed and updated in 2011 and is also available as an e-book and a condensed version is available as a portable guide.  Jane’s second book ‘The Foot Reading Coach’ gives coaching tips for foot readers to assist with the process of moving forward.  Jane’s latest book “Sole Trader: The Holistic Therapy Business Handbook” explains how to start and run a holistic therapy business.
