Festival of Trees - Donation Form- 2018
Thank you for your generosity in participating in Barnwell School District 45’s 1st Annual Festival of Trees. Please complete and submit this form by NOVEMBER 19th for any themed tree. A $30 registration fee will need to be brought to the BSD45 District Office by the same deadline date. Cash and checks will be accepted. Checks should be made out to BSD45.

You will set up your tree on Friday, November 30th between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Set up must be completed by 7 pm. Please make sure all items on your tree are secure.
