2020 MiA Festival Vendor Submission Form
The 18th Annual Music is Art Festival will be on Saturday, September 12th at Buffalo RiverWorks & RiverFest Park from 12pm-2am.

This form is for businesses that would like to participate at the Music is Art Festival. If you are an artist, food vendor, or non-profit organization, there are separate forms for each of those categories.

Vendors will be required to pay $250 to be at the Festival and will be responsible for all sales tax and vendor temporary stand permits with the City of Buffalo. Vendors will need to bring their own table, chairs, etc. We are unable to guarantee electrical access due to the size of the Festival grounds.

Should you be chosen to participate more details will be provided to you on parking, drop off, location, etc.
