2025-26 PRIVATE LESSON APPLICATION FORM
  • All students taking lessons must complete this form. 
  • Please complete it by August 29th.
  • Lessons are $35 each for weekly 30 minute lessons. 
  • There are 32 lessons per year.
  • If applying for a scholarship, you will be notified via email by September 5th regarding the status of your scholarship request.
  • Lessons will be scheduled when private teachers are assigned. Private teachers will reach out to schedule.
  • NOTE: Not everyone will be selected for the program, space and scholarship funding is limited
