Q House Community Input Survey
The Q House Advisory Board is developing a three-year plan for the Q House and is interested in gathering community feedback and input about the future work and role of the Q House in the community.
The Q House, a transformative force in the city's Dixwell neighborhood, opened its doors in 1924 to provide vital social, educational, recreational and family-life services to the African-American community of New Haven.
The Q House closed in 2003, and for the past decade, community leaders and residents have worked together to partner with the City to re-open in a brand new state of the art building. As part of this partnership effort, the community has the opportunity to raise funds to assume responsibility and ownership of the "Q" in the future.
By completing this anonymous and confidential survey, you will help to shape the future of the Q House and its impact.
Please allow about 5-10 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete this confidential survey. Thank you!
