MCSCS Application Form 2021-2022
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for interest in Middlesex County STEM Charter School. The deadline for applications to be placed in the admission lottery is March 1, 2021. Applications received after the deadline will be added to the end of the waiting list in the order they are received. We will notify you and schedule an appointment for you to come in to submit the final paperwork.
A separate application must be submitted for every child. Falsifications, misrepresentations, or omissions may disqualify your application. Only one application per student is allowed. Should multiple applications are submitted on behalf of a student, all applications will be disqualified. Therefore, please contact us at

should you need to make a change in the application you submitted rather than submitting another application.
Should you submit an application for a sibling of a student currently enrolled at MCSCS, please note that Kindergarten preference will be given to incoming siblings. Other grades will be dependent upon seats available. Parents should not assume automatic admission to the school through sibling preference. Further information about the process will be communicated to our parents prior to the admission lottery, which is currently scheduled for Wednesday, March 16, 2021.
