I/We acknowledge and accept that the risks associated with participation in the regatta and waive all rights against and release the Organizing Authority in respect to any loss of life and injury to persons, or loss of or damage to property, suffered in connection therewith; and acknowledge that participation in the regatta is entirely at my/our own risk and responsibility
