We are a group of undergraduate students from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Moratuwa. We are engaged in a research study in developing a chest X-ray report generation web framework. We are reaching out to you as radiologists, doctors, and medical interns, and kindly request your participation in a survey to validate the accuracy of our model.
The purpose of this survey is to collect diagnostic data from experts in the medical field, like yourself, to ensure that our web framework produces accurate and reliable chest X-ray reports. The survey consists of a set of chest X-rays, and we would like you to analyze each of them and decide which category each chest X-ray belongs to. We have also included the generated reports from our framework along with some explanatory images. Explainability is a technique used in machine learning to illustrate how a model functions and help people understand its workings. In this context, our explainability images demonstrate the areas where the model focuses for each of the words that the framework generates. Your analysis will help us validate the accuracy of our model and compare the time taken to make decisions.
Our primary objective is to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of our framework for radiologists in generating reports that can serve as references.
