Reminder:
As you know, our Club is a Section 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity, meaning it is tax-exempt, and donations received are tax-deductible to the donors.  Our purpose is “to promote the betterment of the township of Los Alamos and surrounding communities, with emphasis on youth activities”. Our funds for this purpose come from fund-raising events and donations.  WE ARE A CLUB OF VOLUNTEERS and have no paid staff.  The success of our fund-raising events depends solely upon our civic-minded Members who volunteer their time and talents.   Our Members value the opportunity to have fun while working towards our goals and enjoying the camaraderie of their neighbors in our little town.  
Our recurring events are:  
  • SPRING FLING: Includes Dinner, Reverse Drawing & Live Auction of donated items in May.             
  • OLD DAYS: Last full weekend in September, which consists of:  FRIDAY NIGHT CHILI COOK-OFF SATURDAY CAR SHOW ON BELL STREET  SATURDAY & SUNDAY STREET VENDORS & ARTISANS MARKETPLACE  ON BELL STREET SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER/DANCE SUNDAY PARADE SUNDAY BAR-B-QUE 
  • CHRISTMAS DINNER: 3rd Thursday of December  
  • BINGOS, WISH UPON A STAR, BUILDING IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE & MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE  
  • COOK-YOUR-OWN BBQ's
  • DANCES 
In addition, Members volunteer to “pitch in” and help with meetings, Clubhouse rentals, building maintenance, events, and other tasks needed to run the Club; and your help is necessary, and appreciated. Please share your preferences as to where your time, talent and expertise can be useful in keeping the Club viable in its mission of goodwill to our community in the space below:
