RIDER MARCHING BAND Boathouse Jacket Order Form 
We're offering another chance to order Marching Band Boathouse Jackets. 

RIDER MARCHING BAND Boathouse Jacket: $130 To order a fleece-lined Boathouse Jacket complete all sections. 

PAYMENT: Checks or Cash  may be placed in the Band Box in the Band Room in an envelope with band members name, section and "boat house order".  Please make checks payable to "CRHS Band Parents Association".  We also have an electronic payment option and can email you an invoice if you select that option below.

DEADLINE: The deadline for orders and payment is  Friday September 4th. Orders will not be placed without payment. Full refunds will be given if we don't receive six orders.  

Sizing Chart and other specifics below. Delivery date expected to be 6-8 weeks from order date.
