**Parade Entry Forms must be submitted by September 16, 2017**

Participants must submit an entry form to be allowed in the parade.
All floats must comply with safety standards which include a working fire extinguisher and handholds for all passengers. Passengers may not leave or board the conveyance during the parade.
For the safety of the parade spectators, there will be no tossing of items from your entry into the crowd. If you wish to hand out items, please designate someone to walk along the edge of the parade route and hand items out.
All entries are required to keep pace with the parade throughout the parade route.
Parade Marshals will be on duty along the parade route to ensure the parade maintains the proper pace.
All floats and pulling units must be totally completed by 10:00 AM the morning of the parade.
In the event of rain, the parade will proceed as scheduled. In the event of severe weather the parade will be cancelled. Notice of cancellation will be posted at http://clarkfest.org and on the Clarkfest Facebook page.
Current elected officials may choose to ride in individual vehicles or on a float.
Non-incumbent officials must ride or walk with the designated float for their political party.
