Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Family STEM Night at BGC Worcester as part for STEM Week In MA! 
Friday, October 20, 2023 (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM)   

We hope to showcase diverse STEM fields through hands-on activities and engaging conversations for all ages. 

The ask: We are looking for exhibitors to offer hands-on STEM activities and career information in STEM for all ages. Join us in demonstrating how STEM is part of the daily lives of families and STEM is a part of many different careers!  

What to expect:  

  • Indoor tables (open house style) (Note: Tables will be provided for you! Set up will be late afternoon of the event.) 
  • Attendance by a diverse audience of about 100-150 people, of all ages and backgrounds 
  • A Family STEM event with lots of energy! 

Exhibitors will be provided one table and two chairs. Please note: we are unable to provide tablecloths.
