I hereby agree, in accordance with Act 101/2000 Sb. in the wording of subsequent regulations, to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data to the extent of my name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number by the Scala Dream climbing centre (or by an entity accredited by the administrator with the processing of personal data) for the purpose of the management of a database of competition participants and communication with me.
I agree that my personal data, such as my name, email address and telephone number, will be collected, stored and processed by Scala Dream Rock Climbing Center (or an accredited administrator) in accordance with Law 101/2000 Sb. and its editors to manage the database of event participants and to contact me.*
