Dear supporter,
We need your help

We are living in unprecedented times with the spread of COVID19. Our wonderful NHS, medical researchers and scientists are working flat out to cope with the impact on the health service.

Leukaemia Care are now looking to find out what the impact has been for patients diagnosed with leukaemia and also your family/friends.

How you can help

We are inviting everyone to take part in a second survey. We ran the first version up until the 24th of April, which gave us some idea of the experiences of patients towards the start of the pandemic in the UK. This survey will repeat some questions to allow us to track what is changing over time, plus some new questions to help us understand how patients are responding to new information as it comes along. The survey is open to all CML patients at any stage of diagnosis.

How will this data be used?

This survey has been created by Leukaemia Care and Leukaemia Care is the data controller. Data will only be shared with external organisations in an anonymised form. Any contact information you provide will only be used to contact you regarding the survey and will not be used to send further marketing information to you.

In the final section, there is an option to submit your personal contact details. By submitting this data, you agree that you are happy to be contacted further by Leukaemia Care. For more information about this data collection, please email advocacy@leukaemiacare.org.uk in the first instance.

We would be delighted if you feel able to help. Thank you.
