Organizational members of the USCBL-USCMC endorse the goals of US campaign for the United States to join the Mine Ban Treaty and Cluster Munition Convention as well as for sustained U.S. government financial support for mine clearance and victim assistance. Members also endorse the global call for:

• No more use of landmines or cluster munitions;
• A significant decrease in land contaminated by landmines and cluster munitions;
• Measurable progress in the quality of life for victims of mines and cluster munitions
