Family Support Specialist provides families with supports obtaining linkages to community resources for family stability. This includes resources for food, health care, behavioral health, etc. The Request for Addition Social-Emotional Supports form is to be completed if services are needed. This request form is targeted for students and families who are in need of additional support during the school closure only.
