Jones Family Connect Program: New Family Sign-up
By signing up to the Family Connect Program, you will be matched with a Host Family. The Host Family will:

~Share their cell number and email with you so that you may call, text and email with any questions that may arise throughout the year.
~Connect with you before school begins (if you are paired prior to the first day). This could include attending supply pickup day together.
~Meet up with you two or three times throughout the school year according to your availability and desire. (The Jones PTO DEI committee will provide opportunities for all who are in the Family Connect Program to get together.)
~Do their best to anticipate upcoming activities and events in the school and community that they will let you know about so that you can participate or ask questions.

If this sounds like something in which you would like to participate, please fill out the following form to help us make a good match. Once we have made a match, we will email you with your Host Family's information and help you connect. We will also provide support to you and your Host Family throughout the year.
