**Notice to our clients**
We require a $500 minimum for all installations.
-Please allow 48-72 hours for a response. Inquiries submitted Thursday-Sunday, will most likely be responded to the following week. Going into the weekend is our busiest time for install prep. If you have not received an email within a week, please check your spam folder.
-In order to book, we require half of the total amount paid as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining half is due 3 days before the event. Once the deposit and terms of service contract is signed, your date is booked! If your install is over $1,000, a 30% deposit is required.
**PLEASE NOTE**
-For bookings within 7 days of your event, the payment in full is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice to finalize booking.
-There may be a rush fee (between $50-$100) added for any booking made less than 1 week in advance.
-Materials for your event will not be purchased until a deposit is received.
