Activity: HHA Volunteer Opportunity

Location:  Fort Lee Holiday Helper Toy Store, 1321 Battle Dr. Fort Lee, VA 23801

Date:     Saturday, November 22, 2025        Time:  9 AM to Noon            Cost: N/A

Description: This is a great opportunity to give back and help Service Members and their family. You would be helping to organize and assist with the Toy Shop where Service Members get to shop for FREE items for their children and teenagers for Christmas. There are limited participants, so the first 15 girls to sign up will have a spot reserved for this event. This event can qualify to meet school volunteer hours requirements. 


Transportation: Transportation must be provided by or approved by parent or guardian. Access to Fort Lee does require a valid Driver's License and/or real ID.

1. Pre-register - Visitor Pre-Registration System (complete this first before completing the remaining G2W-VA form)

I release the Girls2Women-Virginia association, the activity coordinators, and all employees, volunteers, related parties, or other organizations associated with the activity from any and all claims or liability arising out of this participation.

In case of an emergency involving my child, I understand every effort will be made to contact me.  In the event I cannot be reached, I hereby give my permission to the medical provider selected by the adult leader in charge to secure proper treatment, including hospitalization, anesthesia, surgery, or injections of medication for my child.  Medical providers are authorized to disclose to the adult in charge examination findings, test results, and treatment provided for purposes of medical evaluation of the participant, follow-up and communication with the participant’s parents or guardian, and/or determination of the participant’s ability to continue in the program activities.
