2024 Fall Eagle Staff Ultimate - Interest Form
Please complete this form if your player is interested in playing Ultimate Frisbee at Eagle Staff MS in the Fall of 2024. All new and returning players must fill out this form. We anticipate having tryouts in mid September and games starting in late September. Last year, we had practices twice a week directly after school with games on Saturdays. We will email out exact days/times once they are confirmed.

In addition to this sign-up, all players are required to complete the Seattle Public Schools Athletic Registration Packet (including a doctor's physical), and submit using FinalForms BEFORE they can come to tryouts or practices.
Please Note: Registering here for Eagle Staff Fall 2024 Ultimate does not guarantee that your child will be accepted into the program or placed on a team. We do not yet know if we will be doing cuts. Factors may include finding enough coaches, roster space limitations, practice/game scheduling conflicts, and skill level.
