Thank you for your interest in our Discovery Camp program. Please note that if enrollment is low, we may merge with another near-by site. Hours are from 6:30am-6:00pm. Please read the following information to help you with the registration process.
• Registration is first come, first serve. • You will receive a confirmation email at least one week prior to camp about your enrollment or a position on the wait list.• You must submit one form per student.• The form MUST be filled out completely.• Billing is not done through this form, you will be billed $143.00 for these days. At this time, we are unable to split the billing if your child only attends certain days. This charge will be on the bill of the month following the camp and must be paid in full when invoiced. • Registration will close 1 week before a camp. All cancellations must be received a week in advanced to avoid charges. Due to the holiday, all cancellations must by received by December 19th at 3:30pm to avoid charges.• Credits or refunds will not be issued if the services are not used or if not cancelled one week prior to Discovery Camp. If you need to cancel please email Discovery_Link@dpsk12.org. All cancellations must be received in writing. • If you are not a currently enrolled in a Discovery Link before or after school program you must fill out our registration packet (can be found at http://discoverylink.dpsk12.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Registration-2017-18-Packet-Final.pdf). • There is a $15 registration fee that is incurred at the time of attending the first camp/dismissal day.
