Wakefield Soccer Association will accept requests for program fee assistance for Wakefield residents for the Fall and Spring seasons of the Intramural, Academy and Travel programs only. Programs identified as a "clinic" and late fees are not eligible for financial aid.

Our current policy is to waive 75% of the registration fee.

This form must be completed by the parent or guardian of the child no less than seven (7) days prior to the start of any of these programs.

A response will be provided within a week of the request.
