This is the sign up form for Session 3 with athletes on February 21, 2026 from 9:00AM - 3:30PM at Hidden Valley Resort. 

All volunteer costs are covered and lunch will be provided.

Required Paperwork and Clearances 
You must have all required clearances on file or provide official confirmation of submission, such as a receipt or tracking number, before you can guide. Anyone who does not meet these requirements cannot be placed on the guide roster.  Clearances are valid for five (5) years from the date of issue.
