Important Event Information
  • Participant(s) should arrive at 4:30 p.m. on October 25th to be set up by 5:30 p.m.
  • Participant(s) must provide their own candy, chairs, tables, coverings, etc. for the Halloween Boo-nanza event
  • Please plan for 3,000+ individual pieces of candy to pass out to Trick-Or-Treaters
  • Please refrain from distributing candy until the official start time and remain in place until 8:00 p.m.
  • The event starts at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 8:00 p.m., Please refrain from moving or leaving the event until 8:00 p.m.
  • Participants are NOT PERMITTED TO SELL MERCHANDISE but can provide marketing information
  • Participants must submit applications by, October 17, 2025
  • Nonprofits, Organizations, Clubs, and Churches can participate in the NBN Carnival, all other vendors will be set up to hand out candy and marketing information.
  • Downtown Muskogee Halloween Boo-nanza – Weather Statement
    The Downtown Muskogee Halloween Boo-nanza is an outdoor event and will not be moved indoors. In the event of severe weather, any cancellation will be announced on our social media channels up to 6 hours before the event start time. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for families and vendors. Please plan accordingly, as this event cannot be held indoors.  
  • The Downtown Muskogee Halloween Boo-nanza committee has the right to make changes to vendor event information due to unforeseen circumstances.  
  • Maps and Booth Space will be assigned on the week of the event and sent to the email on file.

The Downtown Muskogee Halloween Boo-nanza is an outdoor event and will not be moved indoors. Upon participating or submitting an application, I hereby enter into this agreement at my own risk. Being of lawful age, I agree that in case of any loss or damage to my property or the property which I enter in this downtown event or day’s activities that I will make no claim and hold harmless Main Street Muskogee, Neighbors Building Neighborhoods, the Downtown Muskogee Halloween Boo-nanza workers and volunteers and the City of Muskogee. I will not hold the afore-stated parties responsible for any personal injuries or property damages arising from any accident had by myself or any member of my organization. I agree to my participation entry being photographed with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.  Further, I understand and agree that this entry is subject to all directions, rules, and regulations of the Downtown Muskogee Halloween Boo-nanza.
