Part of this process is to assess the future housing needs of current and future residents in the parish. This survey should be filled in from the perspective of each person. If you have family members or friends who are not able to fill it in themselves but want you to register their needs please fill it in for them as well (i.e you can fill it in multiple times, once for each person).
Section 2 is only to be completed if the person currently lives in the parish. Section 3 is only if the person has plans to move (either to the parish, or move house within the parish).
There are 4 sections, but it should take maybe 2 minutes.
