Connect Up Community of Practice
If your organisation supports older people to get online, or plans to support older people to get online, please fill in this form to join the new Connect Up Community of Practice.  This will give you access to free specialist resources, training, and participate in regular meet ups with other organisations that work with older people around the UK.

Please make sure that the information you enter is correct (particularly Online Centre Name and number) so that we can successfully add you to the database.
