CCAR Recovery Coach Academy

Healthy Acadia/Maine Alliance for Recovery is excited to announce 4 upcoming dates for the Connecticut Community for Addiction (CCAR) Recovery Coach Academy.

UPCOMING 2019 DATES:

October 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th - Hutchinson Center, Belfast . (30-hour course) 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

November 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th - Mayo Hospital, Dover Foxcroft (30-hour course) 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

November 14th, 15th, 19th and 20th - DownEast Recovery Support Center, Calais (30-hour course) 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

December 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th - Somerset Sheriff's Dept, Madison (30-hour course) 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

This 30-hour training will be offered as a four-day course from 8:30 am-5:00 pm each day, and is FREE of charge.

The CCAR Recovery Coach Academy© is an intensive training academy focused on providing individuals with the skills need to guide, mentor and support anyone who would like to enter into or sustain long-term recovery from an addiction to alcohol or other drugs. Provided in a retreat-like environment, the CCAR Recovery Coach Academy© prepares participants by helping them to actively listen, ask really good questions, and discover and manage their own stuff.

The lessons taught in the CCAR Recovery Coach Academy© expand beyond the role of a recovery coach, as many graduates leave feeling a greater sense of self, solidifying their position as allies in the ever-changing recovery community.

Recognized nationally as the original and leading recovery offering of its kind, CCAR’s Recovery Coach Academy© is an innovative new approach to healing people's lives that is unlike any other training.
