EMU Admissions Visit Programs Group Tours Request Form
Please note:
- Group tours are available for groups of 7 to 150 students in Grades 9-12 and transfer students.
- When classes are in session, group tours are offered on Monday through Friday at 10 a.m., or by special request.
- Due to high demand, group tour dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and only one tour can be accommodated on available dates.
- Please request your visit date at least 3 weeks in advance to allow sufficient planning.
- Other dates and times can be considered but are not guaranteed.

Our Group Tours Coordinators will follow up to each request submitted.

If you are a student visiting with your family, please return to the website and sign up for a Daily Campus Visit.

Tour Details
Campus visits are typically 3 hours long and consist of:

- Admissions presentation (30 minutes)
- Campus tour (1 hour) of Student Center, library, classroom building, rec/workout facility, and a residence hall.
- Optional Lunch (~30 minutes) (costs not paid by EMU)

* Please let us know if your visit needs to look different for time constraints.

Will your group be eating lunch on-campus? *
EMU is not able to cover the costs associated with lunch. Groups can bring sack lunches, students can bring their own money or lunch can be paid for ahead of time through our Dining office.
