Primal Strength has been delivery strength and conditioning semi private groups sessions at HKIS since 2009
We would like to welcome you to Primal Sports Performance Training! Our coaches will design challenging workouts and teach you the art of strength training. Our program is designed for novice trainees to motivated sports athletes looking to gain an edge in sports performance. Strength training will be the corner stone of sessions, however there will also be energy system work and markers to measure improvements. Sign ups offer limited numbers. Please complete the questions to register on our youth program.
Venue: Hong Kong International School S3 Fitness Suite
Schedules: Weekdays 3pm - 4pm (G8-12) Starting October 5th
$16,200 (18 weeks) 10% Discount Included ($225 per session)
$8,550 (10 weeks) 5% Discount Included ($237.50 per session)

2. Fill in the below form, reading all the terms and conditions. Scheduling and cancelation policy:
Sessions can be re-scheduled by student at least 24 hours in advance by notifying the coach. Late arrivals will not be compensated for loss of time. Primal Strength Limited reserves the right to cancel any session with at least 24 hours advance notice and reschedule or provide a substitute trainer should the original trainer be unavailable. If for any reason sessions can’t be fulfilled in the fitness suite due to school closure they will continue online. No refunds will be given.
