PPDP'19 Dinner Booking, 8 October
FM'19 official dinner falls outside of PPDP'19 dates, and therefore we are organising a dinner independently. It will be held in the Hotel Vinci Porto:

Alheira (Portuguese sausage) puff pastry on sautéed mushrooms and balsamic reduction 5. Vegetables soup
Choose meat or fish course: 1. Monk fish rice with fresh coriander flavours 2. Hake fish gratin with spinach and mashed potatoes 3. Baked salmon with vegetable and olives 4. Golden bream fillet with sautéed vegetables 5. Roasted veal with potatoes and bacon in the oven 6. Pork cheeks confit, corn bread crumble and Port wine sauce 7. Duck leg confit with beetroot and orange cream 8. Tender grilled beef with pepper sauce.
