Event Date: Saturday, October 5th 2024, opens to the public at 9am.

Rain Date: Saturday 12th October 2024

Deadline: Applications must be RECEIVED by July 30, 2024

Location: Te Aroha, Whitaker Street (TBC, but possibly Te Aroha Domain/Centre area of the show)

Vendor Set-Up: From 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM (all vehicles must be clear of the area as soon as possible but no later than 8.00AM)

Vendor Pack Down/Clean Up: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
